- Manage the CEO's calendar, coordinating and prioritizing appointments and meetings.
- Screen and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, redirecting as appropriate.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and other materials for the CEO.
- Coordinate executive communications, including drafting emails, memos, and letters on behalf of the CEO.
- Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics for the CEO.
- Attend meetings and take detailed minutes, distributing them to relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct research and prepare briefs and summaries to support the CEO's decision-making process.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
- Manage and maintain confidential files, records, and documents.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as requested by the CEO.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (at least 3-5 years) as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-suite executives.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
