    Description

    Le Roma Gardenia, an esteemed hospitality brand recognized for its luxury offerings, is seeking an experienced and professional Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the CEO. As the Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing the CEO's daily operations, coordinating executive communications, and ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational and communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage the CEO's calendar, coordinating and prioritizing appointments and meetings.
    • Screen and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, redirecting as appropriate.
    • Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and other materials for the CEO.
    • Coordinate executive communications, including drafting emails, memos, and letters on behalf of the CEO.
    • Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics for the CEO.
    • Attend meetings and take detailed minutes, distributing them to relevant stakeholders.
    • Conduct research and prepare briefs and summaries to support the CEO's decision-making process.
    • Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
    • Manage and maintain confidential files, records, and documents.
    • Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as requested by the CEO.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
    • Proven experience (at least 3-5 years) as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-suite executives.
    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness.
    • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
