    Role Description

    • Oxxy is looking for Senior Sales Executives (with Insurance background only) will be selling Health Plans (usually targetted on to people who are looking for a Health Insurance) all over the country. Please see the Health Plans available on to understand the product.
    • This is full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Senior Sales Executive role at Oxxy Health Care. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for generate good numbers and managing his sales to profitability and growth, including sales and services.
    • Be assured that you have in-depth knowledge of Healthcare Insurance Business.

    Candidate Profile

    • Sales and Business Development background.
    • Experience in Healthcare Insurance Business.
    • Should be confident and achieve sales target, which is must.
    • Oxxy will be offering more of incentives rather than fixed compensation. The smarter you work, the more money you make.

    Qualifications

    • 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a track record of achieving sales target.
    • Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and market, with experience in health insurance.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
