- Responsible for on-time execution of Seasonal Article Attributes creation as per Channels' and Partners' requirement
- Support the seasonal cataloguing process from creation/filling of product attributes' master sheet from various defined sources
- Create and maintain the data repository for multiple seasons with respect to Product attributes; to be SPOC for data dissemination as per cross-functional teams' requirements
- Maintaining Samples inward tracking (delivery notes)
- Support team with samples' photoshoots and related activities – documentation of sample availability status, eway bills' creation, Liaisoning with internal cross-functional deptts (Inwards, Sales teams) for inwards tracking, maintaining tracking reports, and delivery Liaisoning with external vendors/agencies for timely execution and tracking
- Support the Marketing operations team for seasonal sell-in readiness
- Local Marketing, Sales, CTC, Local Sourcing, SCM, Warehousing and external vendors
- Adherence to defined timelines, completeness of content delivered
- Delivery: as per agreed timelines and impact assessed
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills
- Basic functional process knowledge
- Motivated, organized individual who is a fast learner
- Bachelors degree
- Fluent in English
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- IT skills: Outlook and Word and Excel skills
- Adapt to learn and master internal IT systems (sources for extracting required details)
