    We are looking for Passionate and hard-working Administrative Officers who want to live and work in Australia/ Canada/ Saudi Arabia or Singapore region under Work and PR Visa.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization. This includes overseeing office operations, handling correspondence, maintaining records, scheduling meetings, and providing support to various departments.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
    • Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
    • Facilitate communication within the organization and with external stakeholders through emails, phone calls, and meetings.
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes to ensure effective communication and follow-up on action items.
    • Assist in budget preparation, monitor expenses, and reconcile financial records to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
    • Assist in implementing organizational policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and consistency across departments.
    • Support HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, and maintaining employee records.
    • Assist in planning and organizing events, conferences, and workshops as needed.
    • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of services.
    • Provide general administrative support to executives and teams, including managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing reports and presentations.

    Qualifications

    • A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
    • 4+ years of experience in administrative roles or office management.
    • Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment and systems.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Ability to maintain accurate records, handle correspondence, and ensure completeness and accuracy in all administrative tasks.
    • Capacity to identify issues, propose solutions, and make decisions independently or collaboratively.
    • Flexibility to handle changing priorities, work under pressure, and adjust to new situations or challenges.
