    Job Description :
    The candidate will be an active member of our development/automation team with strong focus on the below :

    • As part of the process automation team, you will work on various software development projects.
    • Your main task will be the creation and maintenance of new automation for both the business and the corporate team.
    • It will also include some applications like web applications (Front-End: Angular, Backend: C # ASP .NET Core).
    • Developments are carried out according to recognized software engineering practices (specifications, prototyping, technical reviews, etc.) and quality assurance.
    Shift : 50% overlap offshore to get about 4-5 hours of overlap with US (3 pm to 12 pm IST am to 1.30 pm Atlanta

    Training Shift :
    Training period would be 6 months and shift timings would be 6:30 pm to 3:30 am IST

    Education & Qualifications (Required and Preferred) :

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related discipline
    • Minimum 4 years of C# development experience and .NET.
    • Minimum 4 years of experience with SQL (ideally with SQL Server).
    • Have already implemented unit tests.
    • Have a good web knowledge base: types of requests, XPath, Ajax, JSON, XML, Angular, Typescript, Javascript
    • Ability to solve technical problems.
    • Strong interest in teamwork.
    • Excellent communication skills

    Key Skills :

    Primary duties :
    Develop web applications using C#


    • Microsoft products: .Net, C#
    • Web development skills: ASP, XPath, Ajax, JavaScript, Angular
    • Database: SQL (SQL Server nice to have, but could be other databases such as Oracle as well)

    • Ability to be autonomous by managing projects from the beginning to the end (including support).
    • Ability to learn new things and search for technical implementation and good patterns.
    • Been pragmatic and take decisions that make more sense. Do not overcomplicate things by proposing the simplest solution that responds to the need.
    • Assist people to express their need and propose technical solutions
    • Keep a functional language during communications with stakeholders in order to make sure the need is well understood

    Key Responsibilities :

    • Take business needs in order to implement the automations
    • Develop tools by documenting using good naming practices and unit tests as well as forecasting production support
    • Support automation, web applications and all other tools developed

    • Comfortable in time sensitive, fastpaced environment
    • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills, focus on improving processes to eliminate waste
    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and escalate trends in
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Demonstrated experience making decisions in a high volume fast paced environment.
