- The transport in charge is expected to tackle all challenges that arise in the transport department.
- Supervising and monitoring vehicle maintenance on a daily basis.
- ensuring that the transportation team knows its responsibilities and position within the organization.
- Ensuring thorough vehicle maintenance inspection while planning repairs and routine maintenance.
- Appointment of drivers and monitoring driver qualifications, experience, and training
- In charge of day-to-day operations such as route planning, resource allocation and management, and driver monitoring.
- Responsible for maintaining Daily Logbooks, Diesel Consumption report, complete records (Insurance, Road Tax, Pollution Certificate, Green Tax and Permit, etc.,), and maintenance reports that have occurred on each bus.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience as a transport in charge in a related business/ institution's is required.
- Available to work around the clock
- A current awareness of government safety rules (Transportation)
- Experience in RTO-related work
