- Assistin the recruitment process including posting job openings screeningresumes scheduling interviews and conducting referencechecks.
- Coordinate onboarding activities fornew hires including paperwork completion orientation sessions andintroduction to company policies andprocedures.
- Support employee engagementinitiatives by organizing teambuilding activities social events andrecognition programs.
- Assist with HRadministrative tasks such as maintaining employee records updatingHR databases and preparing HRrelateddocuments.
- Participate in performancemanagement processes including performance evaluations andgoalsetting sessions.
- Contribute to thedevelopment and implementation of HR policies procedures and bestpractices.
- Provide support in employeerelations matters including conflict resolution and disciplinaryactions.
- Assist in conducting HRrelatedresearch and preparing reports asneeded.
- Priorinternship or relevant work experience in human resources is aplus.
- Strong communication and interpersonalskills.
- Excellent organizational andtimemanagement abilities.
- Ability to maintainconfidentiality and handle sensitive information withdiscretion.
- Proficiency in MS Officeapplications particularly Word Excel andPowerPoint.
- Eagerness to learn and contributeto a dynamic team environment.
- Local candidatesresiding in Mohali or nearby areas arepreferred.
