Roles & Responsibilities

Over all 3 to 5 yrs of experience in M&AAssisting in financial analysis, including valuation, financial modelling, and due diligence, to assess potential M&A opportunitiesConducting market research and industry analysis to identify potential acquisition targets, market trends, and competitive landscapeSupporting the preparation of investment memos, presentations, and other materials for senior management and other stakeholdersAssisting in the execution of M&A transactions, including deal documentation, data room management, and coordination with external advisorsParticipating in deal negotiations and supporting the deal team in structuring, pricing, and documentationCollaborating with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, operations, and integration teams, to facilitate successful deal executionAssisting with post-merger business integration activities

Primary & Secondary skills

Prior experience working in an M&A role, strategy consulting, market researchProficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create financial models and presentationsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environmentAbility to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentHigh level of motivation, curiosity, and willingness to learn
