    Description
    We are looking for aPerformance Marketing professional for a client. The client is aninterior designagency.
    Responsibilities:
    • Responsiblefor all paid marketing and lead generation.
    • Theclient has two brands in different verticals; one is service basedand the other is retail (ecommerce and offline). Knowledge of bothis a must.
    • Create ad strategies and implementthem.
    • Expertise in these platforms is a mustMeta (business manager) Google Ads Google My Business Quora AdsManager LinkedIn Ads Manager Merchant Center (and other similarplatforms).
    • Analytics Data tracking for ads (onthe platform the website and social media handles) will be theresponsibility of this person. Complete data tracking andanalytics. (preferable ad and organic allanalytics).
    • Lead gen Will be accountable formeeting lead generation targets via paid strategies and for paid adspends and ROI
    • Technical optimization maketechnical recommendations to developers in order to improve adresults.
    • Regular competitor analysis andresearch. He/she should be able to understand the market and defineour audience.
    • Some level of creativity isneeded as they have to guide the content and graphic/video teamsand get assets that suit the adstrategy.

    Role:
    • Createpaid ad strategies along with the marketing head. This will involveplanning the distribution of funds between platforms and thedifferent types of ads to be run.
    • Monitor adsand tweak as necessary.
    • Take ownership of leadgeneration via paid ads. Work with the presales and sales teams toensure theres an adequate flow of leads.
    • Workwith the content graphic and video teams to create ad assets thatresonate with the target audience.
    • Diligentlytrack efforts and results to create reports andinferences.

    RequiredQualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or relatedfield
    • Proven experience in performancemarketing or digital advertising
    • Stronganalytical skills with the ability to interpret complexdata
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools andplatforms such as Google Ads Facebook Ads Manageretc.
    • Experience in conducting A/B testing anddata analysis to optimize campaignperformance
    • Knowledge of SEO best practices andprinciples
    • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
    • Ability to workeffectively in a fastpaced dynamicenvironment
    • Strong project management andorganizational skills
    • Uptodate with the latesttrends and best practices in digitalmarketing
