    Full TimeJob descriptionPosition SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned deal-maker and manager to lead our media & deal strategy covering partner monetization efforts nationally.

    The role sits on the central media solutions team.

    This is a unique opportunity to take a leadership position on how Interactive Avenues structures and executes agreements with media companies and creators.

    The ideal candidate will have experience with complex contract negotiations with a solid understanding of the evolving media landscape locally.

    This person must have experience building and managing large relationships and/or responsible for strategic negotiations across verticals. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional partners to execute programs and partnerships that drive meaningful value.

    You will work closely with the local teams, who serve as the primary clients for this role, as well as operations and legal, among others, to deliver results.

    The Partnerships lead at Interactive avenues works closely with the leading partners in the world & in local markets, is responsible for both managing those relationships and driving product adoption.

    You should have managed clients with overall budget of 100 Cr.

    Key ResponsibilityBe the primary deal-maker and contract negotiator for the central team, eventually helping to scale efforts by building a teamReview and inform policy and legal agreements to support broader programsInform the operational requirements for managing partner programs, such as reporting details, payment flows, etcSupport program creation leveraging quantitative analysis and industry researchRepresent Interactive Avenues in negotiations and meetings with executives from other companiesExecute in an intense & fast-paced environmentYou would be expected to have full understanding on all of your portfolio of clientsUnderstand the different stakeholders within agency and start building relationship with them.

    Helping your team to craft the agency response to the client briefs.
    Ability to lead strategic discussions with clients.

    You should be able to have full understanding of what is happening on each clients & lead your team in that aspect.

    Create a 360 planning approach for new campaignBe visible as the leader of your team within the agency as well as with clientsStart interacting with our regional agency teams on client where applicableAbility to start driving agency KPIs; balanced with client KPILead the annual planning process for our clients.

    Be the seamless bridge between local clients & regional/global agency team.
    Converse on measurement metrics across touchpoint based on campaign objectivesWin awards in both internal and external.
