    Description

    Summary:
    We are seeking a talented and experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our growing team.

    You will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our web applications, utilizing both Java and Angular technologies.

    This role requires a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end development, with a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable, and maintainable Development:

    • Design, develop, test, and deploy web applications using Java and Angular.
    • Build robust and secure RESTful APIs on the serverside using Java, Spring Boot (preferred), or similar frameworks.
    • Develop user friendly and interactive user interfaces (UI) using Angular 8+.
    • Work closely with designers and backend developers to ensure consistent user experience and functionality.

    Deployment and Operations:

    • Collaborate with the DevOps team to deploy applications to a cloud platform (Kubernetes, PCF, GCP, Azure, AWS etc.).
    • Implement automated testing practices throughout the development lifecycle (TDD) for both frontend and backend components.

    Technical Skills and Knowledge:

    • Maintain and interact with databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.) effectively.
    • Utilize CI/CD tools like Jenkins for continuous integration and delivery.
    • Understand and follow Agile methodologies, including pair programming best practices.
    • Track and manage project progress using software release management tools (Pivotal Tracker, JIRA, Rally etc.).

    Mentorship and Collaboration:

    • Lead the development of assigned features and take ownership of project deliverables.
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and midlevel developers, fostering a collaborative and learning environment.
    • Communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical 6+ years of experience in overall IT development.
    • 2+ years of experience developing with Angular 8 or higher versions.
    • 4+ years of experience implementing RESTful services with Java, preferably including Spring Boot.
    • Experience deploying applications to a cloud platform is a plus (Kubernetes, PCF, GCP, Azure, AWS etc.).
    • Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) in both frontend and backend technologies.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Experience with Agile methodologies (XP, Scrum, etc.) and pair programming.
    • Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
    • Experience with maintaining and interacting with databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.).
    • Ability to lead a feature track and manage project deliverables.
    • Familiarity with software release management tools (Pivotal Tracker, JIRA, Rally etc.).
    • Strong desire to mentor and guide junior and midlevel developers.
