- Lead Product line Strategy for Texturizers for South Asia
- Drive New Product Solutions and Services working closely with R&D, Marketing and Operations
- Drive Category creation plans along with R&D and Marketing.
- Responsible for Pricing and Margin Management of product line.
- Direct compiling and evaluating research on market product requirements and identify enhancements to current features and functionality.
- Drive asset strategy related decision. Make in India Vs leveraging Global assets.
- Develop plans and deliver results in a fastchanging business or regulatory environment, while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and supervisors, coaching and making decisions related to talent management hiring, performance and disciplinary actions.
- You will also collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs.
- Plan, organize and coordinate assigned complex programs to accomplish financial and budgetary goals.

- Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Preferred Master in Food Technology
- Minimum of 12 years of related work experience
- Three years of supervisory experience
- Experience in driving Cross functional projects; Conflict Management; Ability to manage difficult conversations.
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver customercentric solutions.
- Experience developing strategy and providing leadership of product line activities across the entire product line portfolio.

JOB PURPOSE AND IMPACT:
The Product Line Manager will develop strategy and lead all aspects of the execution of product line activities for Texturizers South Asia.
In this role, you will direct a team that designs and implements a comprehensive product marketing cycle and lead a team that will identify market potential, establish pricing and market strategies, estimate potential sales & margins, define promotional activities and handle product through phase out.
