Loan Officer - Malayalam Speaking only - for a BANK IN CHENNAI

Monitor and improve process performance

Evaluate performance with key metrics

Prepare reports for different departments or upper management

Proper and effective coordination with different departments.

Proven experience as call centre manager or similar position

Experience in Inbound Call centre management is required

Should be well aware of Inbound call centre KPIs

Proficient in MS Office and call centre equipment/software programs

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a problem-solving ability

Capacity to handle multiple processes and effective client management.

Graduation or equivalent; Higher degree in a relevant discipline will be appreciated
