    Daily and Monthly Responsibilities :

    1. Carry out sales activities as per the plan.

    2. Maintain the Log book as per the shift activities.

    3. Should take care of Team ongoing / Pending job order / Customer Complaints / Designs/ Ongoing leads etc., end to end operations.

    4. Arrange sales training on SOP/ KPI / KRA / Sales TIPS / CRM

    5.Obtain the list of ongoing customers from the team member and take over the account.

    6. Maintain consistency in sales target.

    7. Forecast sales for weekly / monthly.

    8. Meetings on day-to-day/ weekly/ monthly should be conducted.

    9. Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends global reach.

    10. Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their need.

    11. Track, analyze and communicate key qualitative

    12. Recruit sales people, set objectives, train and coach and monitor the performance ensuring assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled.

    13. Oversee the sales team to ensure company quots and standards are met by holding daily check-ins with team to set objectives for the day and monitor regularly.

    14. Manage month-end and year-end close processes.

    15. Training/ action based on QC & CS reports and post sales.

    Skills and Qualifications :

    Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration

    6+ years in sales management within a corporate setting

    Proven track record of success the sales cycle from plan to close

    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills

    Superb leadership ability

    Desired Candidate Profile :

    Excellent Communication Skills Proven experience as Manager or similar

    Graduate & Post-graduate

    Excellent knowledge of MS Office
