    Software Engineer - QA

    to join the Kennedys IQ team in Kerala.

    The successful candidate will work as part of the Development team based in Kerala and UK.TeamThe Kennedys IQ team are responsible for the development of the IQ Platform, an online application designed to facilitate the insurance claims process using a combination of intelligent data capture, workflow augmented with legal expertise, as well as analytics including machine learning and natural language processing.

    The intersection of lawtech and insurtech is one of the most exciting areas of technology work at the moment – join us to work with world leading Cognitive Decision Science Researchers, developers and legal / insurance experts to create machine intelligence products for the insurance companies of the future.

    Key responsibilitiesProjects Working under the direction of the company's Head of Engineering and Product managers to develop IQ Platform products and featuresReviewing and analysing software requirement specifications.

    Manual and Automation testingExecuting test scripts and reviewing results. Testing and documentation Performing appropriate pre-release testingReporting and documenting technical issues.
    Preparation of test cases.
    Execution of tests.
    Preparation of test reports.
    Effectively collaborate with other team members.

    Support Assist development and support staff, sometimes out of hours, with application releases and system upgrades4th line support, including diagnoses and resolution of database issues, faults.
