Position :

SeniorMerchandiser

KeyResponsibilities:Plan and execute orders as per established processesand timelines ensuring a minimum of 95% of orders are delivered ontime and within budget.

Track and manage approvals of products at differentstages striving to achieve a 100% approval rate within specifieddeadlines. Ensureontime payments from clients maintaining a 100% compliance ratewith payment schedules.
Oversee product samplings and sourcing ensuring thatall samples meet the required quality standards and are receivedwithin stipulated deadlines.
Train and manage junior merchandising staff fosteringa culture of continuous learning and improvement and ensuringadherence to company policies andstandards.

Conductweekly meetings with clients to explore new business opportunitiesand maintain existing relationships with an aim to secure at leastone new client every month.

Liaise closely with the production team to ensuresmooth order execution and to resolve any productionrelated issuespromptly. Maintainregular communication with all stakeholders including suppliersclients and internal teams to ensure seamlessoperations.
Participate in regular market research to stay updatedwith industry trends and competitorofferings.



SkillsRequired:

A minimum ofthree years of experience in merchandising isrequired. Excellent negotiationcommunication and interpersonal skills.
Eager to learn smart and decisive. Possessesstrong written and verbal communicationskills. Enthusiastic with a positiveattitude. A team player who is well versedwith Microsoft Office.
