    • Social Media Sourcing expertise to identify and engage with potential candidates across various platforms (Mandatory skill).
    • Skilled in Boolean Search techniques for precise candidate filtering and selection in databases.
    • Strong Candidate Relationship Management skills to nurture and maintain candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
    • Ability to develop a Talent Pipeline to ensure a consistent flow of qualified candidates for future openings.
    • Experience in Diversity Recruiting to promote an inclusive and diverse workplace environment.
    • Familiarity with Interview Scheduling Software to coordinate and manage interviews seamlessly with candidates and hiring managers.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Any graduate or MBA in HR.
    • Candidates from Delhi NCR will be preferred.

    Additional Information:

    • Immediate joining is needed.
    • Packaging: Rs. 2.40 - 3.00 lakhs.
