    411 Locals is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Manager of Audit to join the 411 Local's Finance leadership team. This is a key role that will report directly to the Chief Administration Officer (CAO). The Senior Manager will have primary accountability for driving audits to identify process improvements that derive from process and financial analysis. The Senior Manager will work closely with the company's executive team to develop, implement, execute and manage improvement projects across the operations to improve the financial structure of the business as a result of audit findings.

    To do well in this role you should have experience as a Finance/Accounting/Payroll management in an international company with complex financials and a multiple business units' strategy. You will need to understand the businesses you are managing including their strategy, product lifecycle, associated business processes, technology, and related regulatory requirements. The Senior Manager must be well-versed in all aspects of finance management ranging from Accounting, Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable, Payroll, Tax and financial/operational audits in order to help identify opportunities for improvement across the business. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader able to operate independently while achieving excellent results.

    Scope & Key Responsibilities:

    1. Develop, lead, manage & optimize all audit processes across the business ensuring optimal mix of performance & cost
    2. Leads the identification, development, and implementation of the organizational and operational improvements that drive to financial impact.
    3. Establishes best practices for financial systems use and ensures that these practices are used throughout the organization.
    4. Drive audit staff on internal & external (vendors) operational audits and associated follow up actions
    5. Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement
    6. Identify loopholes and share risk aversion methods and cost savings
    7. Evaluate financial and legal documents for accuracy and compliance with International government regulations for example relating to transfer agreements between entities.
    8. Identify the financial risk of the organization and offer recommendations to reduce risk.
    9. Determine ways to cut costs and improve profitability
    10. Assess the efficiency and productivity of internal staff and make recommendations for improvement
    11. Establish and maintain Systems best practices
    12. Stay up to date on current trends and best practices
    13. Establish best-practice dashboards, KPI's and measurements, ensuring that all Systems data gathered is insightful and can be acted upon
    14. Partner with business unit owners and key departments to build and deploy a strong Financial mindset and drive the delivery of their financial needs.
    15. Ensures Financial policies and procedures are documented appropriately.

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
    2. Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
    3. Six Sigma experience
    4. Project management experience
    5. 7+ years experience in international multi-country organizations
    6. Displayed ability to translate strategic direction into effective operational and tactical decisions
    7. Displayed ability to lead change management of the department
    8. Significant experience & comfort level with a start ups, early stage/high growth fast changing environment a plus
    9. Performance & results-oriented mindset
    10. Ability to clearly & concisely communicate with financial and non-financial stakeholders
    11. Experience managing Audit coordinators & analysts a plus
    12. Data-driven, able to review, manipulate and gain insight from data
    13. Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent written and verbal communication skills
    14. Strong attention to detail & ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
    15. Strong project management skills, demonstrated ability to deliver on-time and on-budget

    Work Conditions

    1. Work hours: as per schedule, which may change with advance notice. Presence before or after these work

    hours may be required based on business needs.

    2. Infrequent travel internationally may be required

    1. Base salary (depending on experience)
