- Gather customer requirements, analyze their needs and determine analytical requirements for virtual agent:
- Define use cases
- Design a human-to-virtual-agent conversation flow iteratively
- Apply industry best practices and promote standards for execution and delivery approach
- Guide the customer on technology evaluation, technical thought leadership and direction for Conversational AI projects. .
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders, project teams, and development teams.
- Showcase thought leadership on technology roadmaps, agile development methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in at least one of the following areas: Analytics, AI, Linguistics, Copywriting, UX Design or Product Design
- Excellent communication, articulation, abstraction, analytical and presentation skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic and timeline sensitive work environment
