Overview:Nilfux LED Lights Pvt Ltd a leading provider of cuttingedge LEDlighting & appliances solutions is seeking a dynamic andexperienced Head of Supply Chain Management to lead our supplychain operations in Jaipur Rajasthan. The ideal candidate willpossess a strong technical background in electrical engineeringspecifically within the lighting industry. This role is pivotal indriving efficiency optimizing processes and ensuring seamlesscoordination across the entire supply chainfunction.Responsibilities:

1. Developand execute strategic initiatives to streamline the supply chainprocess encompassing procurement production planning inventorymanagement and logistics to meet businessobjectives.
2. Lead and mentor the supply chainteam fostering a culture of innovation collaboration and continuousimprovement.
3. Collaborate closely withcrossfunctional teams including production procurement sales andengineering to align supply chain activities with productdevelopment and customer demand.
4. Forge andnurture strategic partnerships with suppliers negotiating contractspricing and terms to ensure quality costeffective procurement ofmaterials and components.
5. Implement robustinventory management practices to optimize stock levels reducecarrying costs and meet customer deliveryrequirements.
6. Oversee the implementation andenhancement of supply chain management systems and tools to enhancevisibility tracking and reporting of key performancemetrics.
7. Analyze supply chain data and trendsto identify opportunities for process enhancement cost reductionand operational efficiency improvements.
8. Ensurecompliance with regulatory requirements industry standards and bestpractices in supply chain management.
9. Stayabreast of industry trends market dynamics and emergingtechnologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge inthe lighting industry.
10. Drive a culture ofexcellence integrity and accountability within the supply chainteam and across theorganization.

Requirements:

1. Bachelorsdegree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferably B.Techin Electrical Engineering.
2. Minimum of 810 yearsof progressive experience in supply chain management with a strongtechnical background in the lightingindustry.
3. Extensive knowledge of supply chainprinciples processes and best practices with a proven track recordof driving operational excellence and costoptimization.
4. Exceptional leadership andmanagement skills with the ability to inspire motivate and developa highperforming team.
5. Excellent communicationnegotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability toeffectively collaborate across functions and levels of theorganization.
6. Analytical mindset with theability to analyze complex data derive insights and make datadrivendecisions.
7. Proficiency in supply chainmanagement software and tools such as ERP systems MRP systems anddata analytics platforms.
8. Strong understandingof regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to thelighting industry.
