    Overview: This position requires a person who has exceptional knowledge of Campaign management. He/she should be able to handle end-to-end campaign execution including creative QC, campaign set-up, and campaign optimization for Display and Video.

    The stakeholder must have a stronghold in campaign analytics, performance and inventory management.

    Experience Range: 2-5 years of Relevant Experience with a Bachelor's degree.

    Job Location: Mumbai / Noida

    Key Responsibilities:

    Campaign Management:

    • Excellent Command over Google Ad Manager.
    • Understanding of various ad formats in Display including HTML and innovative ads.
    • Understanding of Video campaign set-up and deliveries.
    • Knowledge of campaign-related metrics like CTR, VTR, Viewability, and eligibility.
    • Knowledge of Reporting dashboard and scheduling of reports.

    AdTech Implementation:

    • Understanding of how Ad units are created.
    • Knowledge of implementation of ad unit on a property
    • Understanding of using Google console and debugging errors in ad code implementation.

    Data Analysis and Optimization:

    • Utilize data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of campaign strategies.
    • Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve ad performance and user engagement.
    • Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign metrics.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Should be able to liaise with tech, sales, analytics, and SEO teams to work closely with them to drive the necessary results.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
    • Proven experience in a similar role focusing on digital monetization and AdTech.
    • Strong understanding of advertising technologies, programmatic advertising, and digital marketing trends.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
    • Experience with ad-serving platforms, ad exchanges, and demand-side platforms (DSPs).
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Ability to take ownership
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
