- Excellent Command over Google Ad Manager.
- Understanding of various ad formats in Display including HTML and innovative ads.
- Understanding of Video campaign set-up and deliveries.
- Knowledge of campaign-related metrics like CTR, VTR, Viewability, and eligibility.
- Knowledge of Reporting dashboard and scheduling of reports.
- Understanding of how Ad units are created.
- Knowledge of implementation of ad unit on a property
- Understanding of using Google console and debugging errors in ad code implementation.
- Utilize data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of campaign strategies.

- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign metrics.
- Should be able to liaise with tech, sales, analytics, and SEO teams to work closely with them to drive the necessary results.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar role focusing on digital monetization and AdTech.
- Strong understanding of advertising technologies, programmatic advertising, and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Experience with ad-serving platforms, ad exchanges, and demand-side platforms (DSPs).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

Overview: This position requires a person who has exceptional knowledge of Campaign management. He/she should be able to handle end-to-end campaign execution including creative QC, campaign set-up, and campaign optimization for Display and Video.
The stakeholder must have a stronghold in campaign analytics, performance and inventory management.
