    Description

    About the job:

    Role purpose and scope:

    Interact with customers to prioritize solving business problems; discover opportunities to optimize, automate, and improve an organization's business processes; and develop specification roadmap for data science projects to augment decision-making and execution effectiveness.

    Performance Areas

    Customer discovery and development interviews, establish customer success metrics.

    Develop project concept notes, specifications, and user stories.

    Guide and liaison with product engineering teams to deliver the customer solutions as conceived.

    Achieve and maintain customer success.

    Technical/Functional Experience:

    Support formulation of problem statement and definition of scope.

    Construct problem statement including problem description.

    Contribute to project planning and effort estimation within scope, identify risks and mitigation approaches.

    Translate requirements into functional specifications for technology teams and work closely with project managers, developers, and testers to ensure successful project delivery.

    Demonstrate exceptional requirement gathering skills, Write well formed, validated requirements and manage changes. Use appropriate tools to record, track and manage requirements.

    Work closely with the Business Head along with CEO on core areas like: Strategy deployment, Program Management, Project execution & operational excellence to achieve business objectives.

    Provide support in deploying short term and long-term strategy.

    Program Management: Lead programs on key initiatives working with the business teams.

    Project execution:

    Assess existing systems and processes to identify gaps and enable implementation.

    Ensure the organization is working on key priorities of the business, identifying key success metrics, and evaluating progress.

    Schedule the reviews and follow up on the actions from the meetings with the respective teams for action and closure.

    Internal & external communication:

    Support the CEO in external events and industry bodies.

    Liaise with the communication team on the social media posts and key business post.

    Essential Skills / Personality:

    3-7 years hands on experience in either customer facing roles like requirement gathering, technical sales / business development, Support the leadership team in the development of RFI's, RFP's and Service offerings.

    Build and maintain strong relationships at different levels & Experience in stakeholder management, program management.

    Commercial/Business strategic mindset.

    Qualification:

    A degree in Bachelors / Master of Business Administration or

    3-7 years proven experience as a Business Analyst / Program manager in a related role like Strategy consulting, Business transformation.

    Job Experience:

    Minimum of 3 to 7 years experience in relevant role.

    Highly Desirable:

    Experience in data science or software engineering projects as a technical contributor OR

    Experience in product management for software or data services, OR

    Experience in implementing predictive analytics projects.

    Career progression: Customer-facing, and Business Management career path, Business Consulting.
