Roles and Responsibilities

To receive visitors to the school, understand the purpose of their visit, and connect them to the right person at school. To play a good host to visitors when they are waiting at the school front office. (visitors lobby)

To collaborate with the admission team to create a WOW walk-in experience for parents and children when they visit the school as prospective parents.

To conduct due process for ensuring the security of the school children when any visiting parent wants to take their child home during school hours.

Assisting the HR Team

Desired Candidate Profile

Customer Skills: Pleasing language and voice and ability to engage with In-house parents, prospective parents, and other visitors. Skill to generate trust by active listening.

Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills. I should be able to communicate very well.
