    Job title: Front Office Receptionist

    Description

    We are seeking a welcoming and efficient Admin cum Front Office Executive to handle all receptionist and clerical duties at our main entrance's front desk.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Report to management and assist with administrative tasks.
    • Answer phone calls and forward them to respective departments.
    • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings.
    • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
    • Handle inquiries and sort mail.

    The ideal candidate should possess a friendly, well-crafted demeanor while being sharp and disciplined. Strong customer-centric approach, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

    Requirements:

    • Able to handle complaints and provide reliable information.
    • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
    • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

    In addition, previous experience as a Front Office Executive or Administrative Assistant is an advantage but not mandatory.
