    Job Overview

    We are looking for a Customer Support Engineer (CSE) to join our team at TrupointIt and Consulting. As a CSE, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers. This is a full-time position based in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. This is a great opportunity for a fresher with less than 1 year of experience to kickstart their career in the IT industry.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

    • Familiarity with troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues
