    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reservation Executive or Manager for a Leading Hospitality Group in Kerala. Work location shall be Cochin, Alleppey, Thrissur, Trivandrum. As a Reservation Executive or Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the reservation process, ensuring seamless and efficient operations. This is a full-time position based in Cochin, Kerala, India.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
    • 4 to 6 years of experience in reservation management
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
    • Proficiency in reservation management software and MS Office
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
    • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage and coordinate all reservation activities in a timely and efficient manner
    • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about available services and packages
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
    • Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations accurately and promptly
    • Prepare and maintain reservation records and reports
    • Provide excellent customer service and address customer complaints or issues
    • Monitor reservation trends and make recommendations for improvement
    • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings
