Requirements

MajorResponsibilities:

1. Installation&Testing:
   

• ConductPower Quality Studies to assess and enhance powerquality.
  
• Supervisethe installation testing and commissioning of IGBTbased Powerconverters.
  
• Performsystem studies and analyze singlelinediagrams.
  
• Preparecomprehensive study reports for documentationpurposes.
  

1. Servicing:
   

• Addresscustomer issues through regular visits ensuring their satisfactionwith ourproducts.
  
• ExecuteAnnual Maintenance Contract (AMC) services to uphold productperformance.
  
• Promptlyrespond to and resolve customer complaints to maintain high servicequalitystandards.

Essential Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma orequivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or related field is aplus. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the audiovisualequipment industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in using billing and inventory management systems.Basic understanding of audiovisual equipment and technology.Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy.
