    We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at FLY Consulting Services. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving their issues. This is a full-time position based in Ambattur, Tamil Nadu, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar customer service role
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Fluency in Hindi voice is required
    • Experience in a voice process or international voice process is preferred
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Ability to handle difficult customers and resolve conflicts
    • Good organizational and time management skills
    • Attention to detail and accuracy

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
    • Provide accurate information and solutions to customers' questions and concerns
