- Develop and execute strategic digital branding campaigns aimed at enhancing brand preference
- Manage all aspects of digital branding initiatives, including content creation, distribution (Influencer Marketing) and performance analysis, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and messaging.
- Proactively monitor and manage the brand's reputation on digital channels, promptly addressing any issues or concerns to maintain a positive online presence.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for digital branding growth, leveraging market trends, consumer insights, and competitor analysis to drive continuous improvement.
- Implement feedback mechanisms such as surveys to gather insights and feedback from key stakeholders including students, alumni, parents, recruiters, and employees, utilizing this data to refine digital branding strategies.
- Cultivate a positive electronic word-of-mouth (eWOM) by engaging with and mobilizing the student community, alumni network, parents, recruiters, and employees to advocate for the brand online.
- Proficient in creating compelling presentations
- Closely work with Content Marketing team
