We are seeking a responsible and organized individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of our student hostel.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise hostel facilities to ensure cleanliness, security, and safety.
• Manage student check-ins, check-outs, and room allocations.
• Enforce hostel rules and regulations to promote discipline and respect.
• Address student concerns, resolve conflicts, and provide guidance as needed.
• Ensure students' wellbeing by offering support for health and personal issues.
• Communicate with parents/guardians about student welfare when required.
• C ordinate with maintenance and security teams to address any issues promptly.
• Organize recreational and social activities to foster a collaborative community.

The Hostel Incharge will play a vital role in maintaining a positive atmosphere within the hostel and ensuring the overall wellbeing of our students.

A successful candidate will have 1-2 years of experience as a Hotel Incharge/Hostel Warden. The location of the hostel is in Ranchi, Jharkhand. Compensation is up to 3.6lpa.
