    1. Candidate should have dealt with and demonstrated managing complexed discussions or cases.
    2. Should have a complete understanding of project managing the plans and action items .
    3. Should be able to take up decision keeping in mind the Org. guidelines.

    Human Resource Business Partnering role

    1. Ensure a strong linkage between corporate objectives and unit-level HR programs. Unit definition could be process, account, vertical, location or as prescribed by organization from time to time
    2. Build / drive a team of high performing HR professionals aligned to in-scope business / location to deliver on people agenda
    3. Consult and partner relevant business leadership and stakeholders to achieve business goals including existing business, growth and new business. Collaborate with business to drive client value and objectives.
    4. Be the thought leader on the 'People agenda' for own business. Design, plan and execute through respective teams and collaborate with HR and other CoEs to achieve planned objectives. Accountable for complete employee life cycle, talent management, development, engagement, and retention of employees through HR programs, interventions, processes and strategies
    5. Mentor, train and coach leadership, managers, team members and associated teams, guide alignment to WNS core values, manage communication, drive culture and meet performance goals
    6. Responsible for continuously assessing the quality and effectiveness and depth of appropriate skills and expertise within the BU
    7. Responsible for all compliance and statutory, policy implementation and compliance and obligations for own business/location
    8. Analysis Trends and HR Statistics, drive appropriate reporting and governance for BU Qualifications
    9. Responsible for talent management development, engagement and retention across the employee life cycle and driving the value proposition.
