    Role Summary:

    The primary function of this role is to lead and execute digital marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across various online platforms. This role involves developing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, managing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and staying abreast of industry trends to optimize digital efforts.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns that align with the company's objectives and target audience.
    • Identify target audiences and devise digital campaigns that engage, inform, and convert leads into customers.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative teams, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
    • Lead a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
    • Plan, execute, and monitor digital campaigns across various channels, such as social media, search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, and online advertising.
    • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize strategies to improve ROI and achieve KPIs.
    • Oversee the creation and optimization of digital content, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, videos, and graphics, to engage target audiences and drive traffic.
    • Manage the organization's presence on social media platforms, including content creation, community engagement, audience growth, and performance tracking.
    • Develop and manage digital marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.

    Educational Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in any stream required.

    A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a track record of successful campaign management and performance improvement.

    Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

    Experience with graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
