Job Description
VM Modular Solutions is a leading interior design company based in Hyderabad. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager from the interior design industry to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing the sales team, and developing strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
2. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.
3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identify new business opportunities, and negotiate contracts to maximize profitability.
4. Sales Forecasting and Analysis: Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and forecast future sales trends to make informed business decisions.
5. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new market opportunities, competitor analysis, and market trends.
6. Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their skills and capabilities.
7. Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, budgets, and forecasts to Head of Sales.
Qualifications
1. MBA in Sales/Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role in an interior design company.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
