In this role, you will play a key role in developing and implementing our digital marketing strategy, driving traffic to our website, and ultimately increasing online sales.

• Develop and implement a datadriven digital marketing strategy for the ecommerce department, aligned with the company's overall marketing goals.
• Manage and oversee all aspects of online marketing, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
• Lead and manage a team of digital marketing specialists, providing coaching and mentorship.
• Analyze website traffic, customer behavior, and campaign performance, and use data to optimize and improve marketing efforts.
• Stay uptodate on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and recommend new strategies and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners, such as social media platforms and advertising agencies.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing campaigns.

• Bachelor's degree.
• 8+ years of experience in a senior digital marketing role, with a proven track record of success in driving online sales.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce marketing principles and best practices.
• Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and analytics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Experience working in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
• Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
