    Job ObjectiveThe position involves assisting the Head of Sales (North America & LATAM) at ACG Capsules.

    Responsibilities include data analysis using tools like Power BI, helping to prepare for strategy meetings, contributing to digital transformation initiatives, assisting in budgeting and business planning.


    Primary Responsibilities· Generate and scrutinize information for Sales Head to help take timely actions and decisions· Follow up with external and internal stakeholders to ensure that deadlines are met, and key milestones are achieved· Aid in organizing associate deployment for imminent projects· Track statutory compliances, assist in review and escalate to Sales Head, as required· Track all visit reports, assist in review and escalate to Sales Head, as required· Collect, analyze and report pivotal information pertaining to Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Planning, Customer Complaints, Outstanding etc.

    · Undertake occasional customer visits independently or alongside the Sales Head· Collaborate with Sales Head to ensure successful implementation of sales strategies· Any other work as assigned from time to time by Sales Head

    Requirements· Graduation and MBA in Pharma / Marketing· - 5 years of relevant experience· Ability to operate with precise instructions and limited supervision· Ability to handle confidential information
