    KeyResponsibilities:
    • Overseethe companys financial operations including but not limited tofinancial reporting budgeting andforecasting.
    • Ensure compliance with accountingstandards statutory requirements and taxregulations.
    • Perform thorough financialanalysis to provide insights and recommendations for improvingfinancial performance.
    • Manage and coordinateinternal and external audits.
    • Develop andimplement financial policies procedures and controls to optimizeefficiency and minimize risks.
    • Collaborate withother departments to support decisionmaking processes by providingfinancial insights and guidance.
    • Stay updatedwith changes in accounting regulations and industry best practicesto ensure adherence andrelevance.

    Requirements:
    • QualifiedChartered Accountant with relevant experience in a corporatesetting or public accounting firm.
    • Strongunderstanding of accounting principles financial regulations andtaxation laws.
    • Proficient in financial analysisreporting and budgeting.
    • Exceptional attentionto detail and accuracy in financial datamanagement.
    • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills to collaborate effectively acrossdepartments.
    • Ability to work under pressureprioritize tasks and meet deadlineseffectively.

    Qualifications:
    • CharteredAccountant (CA) certification ismandatory.
    • Previous experience in a similarrole within a corporate environment ispreferred.
    • Proficiency in accounting softwareand MS Excel for financial analysis andreporting.
