    Immediate Looking for Manager Sales (Packaging Materials) at the location of Mumbai (PAN INDIA)

    JOB Purpose

    i) Maximize sales Potential for the Distribution & Packaging Materials aluminum foil, BOPA, BOPP, PET, Laminates, adhesives in India.

    ii) Generate market intelligence on the product range.

    iii) Strategic & Operational actions to Improve Organization sales growth & Profitability.

    Job Responsibilities Primary:

    Responsible to develop Solvent Distribution & Packaging Materials in India as per business plan.

    Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.

    Identify business opportunities and potential customers and to grow the business consistently.

    Ensure support for collection of payment and smooth transaction of business.

    Coordinate to conduct trials of new products and to ensure effective implementation.

    Provide forecast of materials based on customer needs.

    Have to travel across Pan India and to meet customers to develop the business.

    Prepare offers and providing techno-commercial documentations to the clients, follow-up on offers and converting leads into business.

    To liaise with the finance team, warehousing and logistics departments as appropriate.

    Participating in Business reviews, providing monthly and quarterly Sales updates, and providing ongoing updates to Management.

    To attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    Ability to measure sales success; ability to set targets and build a proactive plan to achieve them.

    Must have good understanding of the chemicals, packaging markets and should have ability to understand market dynamics, market survey & research.

    Should be capable to develop short term & long-term strategic plan, budget and execution.

    Should have good oral and written communication skills.

    Must be an intelligent, self-motivated and result oriented individual with a persuasive and positive outlook.

    Candidate with a proven track record of 3 to 4 years in sales and marketing, handling range of Solvent Distribution & Packaging Materials.

    Ideal Candidate

    i) Education Engineer / Science / commerce / Economic graduates

    Add on Post Graduation / MBA degree in Marketing & Sales/ Business management / Business administration will be preferred

    ii) Experience - Minimum 3+ years hands on Experience, handling Sales and Distribution of Packaging materials aluminum foil, BOPA , BOPP , PET , Laminates, adhesives.

    iv) Languages Marathi / Hindi & written communication fluency in English.

    Relevant Industry Experience Product Manufacturing / trading house / Chemical Company who have handled solvent Distribution & Packaging Materials.

    Age Bracket Between 25-32 Ranges.

    The position will be based out of Mumbai (head quarter) or Delhi.
