- Responsible for overall Sales and Contribution Margins achievements
- Identify market segments for LT & Instrumentation cables in Domestic / International markets
- Provide inputs for New Product development and plant teams as per the market demand
- Business development for greenfield project
- Lead customer approvals process for EPC, Industries , Utilities in Domestic/ International markets
- Develop Dealer network and channel partners
- Prepare Top down and Bottom up Annual Sales plans
- Inventory management for Finished Goods (FG)
- Address Customer complaints in coordination with concerned plant stakeholders
- Develop & Groom upcoming sales team
