- This is an operational role responsible for providing support for deploying IT applications and platform related enhancements. The incumbent may seek appropriate level of guidance and advice to ensure delivery of quality outcomes.
- Bachelors in IT, Technology, or relevant qualification
- 0-4 years of experience
- Understanding of IT systems and applications
- Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks in the platform.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure a stable and robust application.
- Writing effective and scalable code/test case
- Providing support for production environment
- Preparing reports and dashboards on project time deviations, rework time etc
- Conducting development testing and reports testing issues to supervisor
- Identifying and tracking bugs, assessing nature of bugs, and executing corrective actions
