Livspace currently serves Singapore, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia as well as 30 metro and non-metro areas in India including – Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Thane, Pune, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Kochi, Jaipur, Lucknow, Indore, Surat, Coimbatore, Mysore, Mangalore, Vizag, Vijayawada. Livspace has showcased phenomenal growth since its launch, having delivered over 125,000 rooms and selling over 7.5 million SKUs through its platform.   • Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend systems using Python and Golang.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features and functionalities.
  • Database Management: Work on designing and optimizing database structures for high-performance and reliability.Implement and maintain data storage solutions that align with the overall architecture.
  • API Development: Build and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless communication between different components of the system.Ensure API security and performance are at the forefront of development efforts.
  • Code Quality and Testing: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with a focus on code quality and best practices.Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and contribute to automated testing frameworks.
  • Troubleshooting and Debugging: Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks in the backend systems.Collaborate with the support team to address customer-reported issues promptly.
  • Documentation: Document design decisions, coding standards, and system architecture for reference and knowledge sharing.Contribute to the development of internal documentation and knowledge base.
    • Job Requirement
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • years of professional experience in software development with a focus on backend systems.
  • Proficiency in Python and Golang programming languages.
  • Solid understanding of database management systems, including relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Previous experience mentoring junior engineers.
