    Job Summary:

    As a D365 Sr. Supply chain Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in the Supply chain industry in implementing and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations. Your role will involve understanding the client's business processes, configuring the D365 system to meet their specific needs, and providing training and support to ensure successful implementation and ongoing utilization.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Collaborate with clients to understand their Supply chain operations, identify pain points, and gather requirements for system implementation.
    2. Design and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Supply chain modules to align with the client's business processes, including production, inventory management, quality control, AR, AP and procurement.
    3. Lead or assist in the implementation of D365 Supply chain solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other systems and data sources as required.
    4. Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they can effectively use the D365 Supply chain system.
    5. Perform system testing, validate configurations, and ensure data accuracy during the implementation phase.
    6. Create and maintain project documentation, including design documents, user manuals, and training materials.
    7. Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing issues, resolving problems, and optimizing system performance.
    8. Stay updated on new D365 features and releases, and recommend upgrades and enhancements to improve the client's Supply chain processes.
    9. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to deliver successful D365 implementations.
    10. Stay informed about Supply chain industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to provide valuable insights to clients.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, information technology, or engineering.
    • Proven experience with minimum 6 – 10 years in implementing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, with a focus on Supply chain modules.
    • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and best practices.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with clients and cross-functional teams.
    • Problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify and resolve complex issues.
    • Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations are a plus.
