    The Startup India Initiative by Chaitanya Global Holdings is dedicated to fostering innovation and entrepreneurship among college students. We provide hands-on workshops, access to proprietary startup management software, mentoring from industry professionals, support for building Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), and opportunities to pitch to investors and alumni networks.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time remote Sales Executive - Commission Based role at the Startup India Initiative. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, pitching products/services to potential clients, closing sales deals, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include:

    • Generating leads through various channels
    • Pitching products/services to potential clients
    • Closing sales deals and achieving sales targets
    • Building and maintaining client relationships
    • Providing excellent customer service
    • Contributing to the growth of the initiative

    Key Qualifications

    • Sales, negotiation, and communication skills
    • Experience in lead generation and sales closing
    • Customer Relationship Management and Account Management skills
    • Ability to work independently and remotely
    • Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem in India
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
    • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
