    JobDescription:
    We are seekingan experienced and dynamic Marketing Subject Matter Expert (SME)specializing in Branding Events Performance and Content Management.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing andexecuting marketing strategies with a primary focus on creatingimpactful branding and promo events high potential lead generationmanaging performance metrics and overseeing content creation anddistribution.


    KeyResponsibilities:
    Branding:
    Develop and maintain a strongbrand identity across all channels.
    Drivebranding initiatives to enhance brand perception andrecognition.
    Collaborate with design teams tocreate visually appealing and consistent brandcollateral.
    Monitor market trends andcompetitor activities to ensure the brand remainscompetitive.

    EventsManagement:Plancoordinate and execute a variety of events including conferencestrade shows product launches andwebinars.
    Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to ensure seamless event execution from planning to postevent analysis.
    Evaluate and select eventvenues negotiate contracts and manage vendorrelationships.
    Develop and implement pre andpostevent marketing campaigns to maximize attendance andengagement.


    PerformanceMarketing:
    Develop and implement effectiveperformance marketing strategies to generate high potential leadsto drive customer acquisition.
    Manage andoptimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Linkedin Google Ads Facebook Ads andothers.
    Conduct A/B testing and analysecampaign performance data to identify trends insights and areas forimprovement.

    Collaborate with the marketingand creative teams to create compelling ad copies visuals andlanding pages that align with the brand and driveconversions.

    Monitor and report on keyperformance metrics providing regular insights and recommendationsto improveROI.

    ContentCreation:
    Develop a contentstrategy that aligns with overall marketing objectives and targetaudience.
    Create highquality engaging contentfor various channels including website blog social media email andmore.
    Collaborate with internal stakeholdersto ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines messaging andSEO best practices.
    Stay updated on industrytrends and competitor activities to identify content opportunitiesand maintain a competitive edge.
    Utilizeanalytics tools to measure content performance user engagement andmake datadriven recommendations forimprovement.

    Requirements:Master degree in businessmanagement or a related field with 1012 YearsExperience.
    Proven experience in Branding andperformance marketing through linked in and socialchannels.
    Adept in managing branding andpromo physical events in B2B space in domestic and internationalmarket.
    Excellent understanding of digitalmarketing channels analytics and datadrivendecisionmaking.
    Proficiency in usingadvertising platforms such as Linked in Google Ads Facebook Adsetc.
    Strong creative and content creationskills with the ability to tailor content for different audiencesand platforms.
    Familiarity with SEO bestpractices and contentoptimization.
    Exceptional analytical skillsand attention to detail.
    Excellent writtenand verbal communication skills.
    Ability towork collaboratively in a fastpaced and dynamicenvironment.
    Certifications in relevant areassuch as Linked in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint are aplus.
