We are looking for a dynamic Manhattan - Supply Chain Panning QA to join our high-growth team and drive new business across our digital transformation portfolio in our Hyderabad Office.

Work From Office / Work From Home / Hybrid: 5 days a week work from office with Hybrid work time.

Role Expectation:

As a Lead, you will not only test systems but also guide QA efforts, ask the right functional questions, ensure business scenarios are covered, and help the organization maintain optimum warehouse levels and seamless fulfilment across its supply chain ecosystem.

Role Overview:

• We are seeking a Lead professional with strong Manhattan Associates experience to support a cloud-based Warehouse Management and Supply Chain ecosystem.
• The role focuses on testing, integration validation, and functional assurance across front-end cloud applications, MuleSoft middleware, and backend enterprise systems such as JD Edwards (AS/400).
• This position plays a critical role in ensuring optimal warehouse operations, demand fulfilment, and supply chain planning for a large healthcare distribution organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead functional and integration testing for Manhattan Associates Cloud WMS, including adaptive fulfilment and warehouse optimization features.
• Validate end-to-end integrations between cloud front-end systems, MuleSoft APIs, and backend systems such as JD Edwards (AS/400) and in-house WMS platforms.
• Work closely with Supply Chain Planning teams to understand demand forecasting, replenishment logic, and inventory optimization parameters.
• Test scenarios related to demand forecasting, seasonal vs regular supplies, warehouse stocking levels, and fulfilment strategies.
• Define and execute QA strategies covering frontend UI, backend processing, and API-driven integrations.
• Collaborate with development, middleware, and business teams to identify defects, validate fixes, and ensure release readiness.
• Support planning-side workflows, which are a step ahead of core WMS execution, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare / medical distribution standards, given the critical nature of supply availability.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience with Manhattan Associates (Cloud WMS preferred).
• Hands-on experience testing integrations and APIs, preferably using MuleSoft.
• Solid understanding of Supply Chain Planning concepts, including demand forecasting and adaptive fulfilment.
• Experience working with backend enterprise systems such as JD Edwards (AS/400).
• Proven experience in QA processes, including test strategy, test case design, execution, and defect management.
• Experience testing end-to-end flows involving frontend applications, middleware, and backend systems.
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams (QA, Dev, Integration, Business).

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience in healthcare or medical distribution organizations.
• Exposure to environments with in-house WMS systems integrated with Manhattan.
• Experience supporting large distribution networks / multi-warehouse setups.
