- Coordinate with academic leaders of nursing colleges and institutes to understand their needs and align program offerings.
- Build a network of external trainers nationwide to identify and develop nursing trainers.
- Design training modules for global nursing examinations such as NCLEX, CRNE, CBT, REX_PN, OSCE, etc.
- Support and coordinate with global recruiters to ensure successful placement of candidates globally.
- Lead webinars and marketing engagement activities to promote nursing programs.
- Master's or PhD in nursing from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in nursing education or nursing program management.
- Strong understanding of global nursing education trends and requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
