The Global Operations and Supply Chain (GOSC) IT team is looking to start a Hyperautomation team to help drive innovation, automation and savings across the businessA Day in the LifeResponsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

Mapping processes and Data flow.
Modeling and developing robotic automations – design, develop and test automation workflows.
Deploy RPA components including bots, robots, development tools, code repositories and logging tools.
Support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions.
Create process and end-user documentation.
Assure the quality of the automation (QA processes).

• Managing production RPA jobsProducing metrics
• Identifying and analyzing the improvements that can be made
• Supporting users by using robots, Creation and maintenance of Solution documentsSupporting business teams in testing activitiesSolving the problems which arise at the day to day automation and redesign accordinglyTesting jobs and successfully migrating them to productionComing up with alternate or better practices for future developmentMust be able to multi-task with various projects on handCommunication and providing a solution to any identified and potential risksIdentify internal and external process dependencies

Must Have:
Minimum Requirements

5+ Years of experience in ITHands on experience of RPA tools like Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Nice etc.5+ years experience with any programming languages like C/C++, Python, Java etc.

Experience with Agile development methodologyNice to HaveBasic programming knowledge on HTML, JavaScript (or any scripting language).Able to design technical specification documents for RPA Projects.

Experience developing and consuming APIs.
UiPath RPA Developer certifications preferred but not required (training can be provided).Experience with Databases ( or NoSQL) often preferred.
Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning.
Understanding of workflow-based logic.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Superior time and project management skills.
Ability to present technical details to non-technical audiences.
Excellent problem solving/analytical skills and complex troubleshooting methods.
Ability to work through ambiguous situations.
Self-motivated, able to work independently, and able to take initiative without always being directed.
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment and prioritize the most critical tasks and projects.
