    ProductManager should have experience in handling and taking ownershipof: Identifying &presenting our products in ways that will strengthen our brand andboost sales Study products in the market andthe upcoming technologies/trends Follow andanalyze market trends to position productsAssess current competitor offerings seeking opportunities fordifferentiation Translate technical detailsinto benefits for the consumer Productmessaging and positioning Develop product positioning and messagingthat resonates with customers and differentiates our product fromits competitors Develop product lines andappraise new ideas for market viabilityCreate product marketing communicationsobjectives Work with the BMS Manager tocreate product sales strategies Reviewinventory levels and production schedules for productavailability Bring new products to marketwith returnoninvestment analysis Market newproducts with sales advertising and productionteams Determine product pricing based onmarket research production costs and anticipateddemand Manage the product team includingcoaching and disciplinary actions planning monitoring and jobappraisal Strategic planning and managementof the entire product portfolio Definitionand alignment of the vision strategy and roadmap in order toestablish the company as a global supplierCreate and present visionary innovations (occasionally in front ofinvestors or analysts) strategic decision proposals as well as thecalculation of business cases You will beresponsible for strategic partnerships and lead necessary contractnegotiations

    Dailyand Monthly Responsibilities:Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for productsincluding product research market research competitive analysisplanning positioning roadmap development requirements developmentand product launch Translate productstrategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction andfinal product development by engineering teams Create product strategy documents thatdescribe business cases highlevel use cases technical requirementsrevenue and ROI Analyze market data todevelop sales strategies and define product objectives foreffective marketing communications plansCollaborate closely with production marketing and sales teams onthe development QA and release of products and balance of resourcesto ensure success for the entireorganization.
