    Job Summary: The Admin HR Officer is responsible for managing and coordinating administrative operations within the organization, with a focus on human resources and facility management. This role involves overseeing various administrative tasks, supporting HR functions, and ensuring the smooth functioning of facilities and infrastructure.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Human Resources:

    • Assist in recruitment, job postings, resume screening and scheduling interviews.
    • Coordinate with employees onboarding activities.
    • Maintain employees personnel records and ensure HR policies and procedures.
    • Respond employee queries and provide assistance with HR-related matters.

    Administrative & Facility:

    • Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance on day-to-day tasks and priorities.
    • Manage office supplies inventory and procurement processes.
    • Oversee the maintenance and operation of office facilities, including building infrastructure, equipment, and utilities.
    • Coordinate office renovations, repairs, and maintenance activities as needed.
    • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for facility-related services.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement emergency preparedness procedures.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Candidate must have an MBA in HR (Full Time), from a premier School, having relevant prior experience of 10 years.
    • Should have good experience in Liasioning with Anna University, Dr. MGR Medical University, DME, Govt. depts like Police, Tahsildar, Electricity, Telephone etc.
    • Proven experience in administrative management, with a focus on HR and facility operations.
