    Location- Hybrid, preferably in Mumbai. However, there are no constraints for an exceptional candidate.

    Other Considerations: Strong network and direct connections with Direct Clients and Prime National vendors are highly desirable. We are looking for a dynamic individual who can drive business growth and establish strong partnerships in the US/ European market.

We are known for delivering high-quality solutions to our clients and are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Lead Generation: Building new client base in international markets ( US and European markets specifically) in getting staff augmentation business. Connect with CIO, CXO, CEO, Director and Head of business functions. Develop new client accounts (Direct / Implementation Partner / Tier 1 Partners) for IT staffing business Interact with clients on daily basis and identify staffing opportunities to fulfil. Prepare database & make Cold Calls to generate Leads. Leverage your existing relationships and network to open new business opportunities. Follow up the sales process meticulously from lead identification to contract signing. Lead the business development team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
    2. Demo/client Meetings: Coordinating, attending, and scheduling meetings internally with the team and externally with clients, prospects, and partners for IT staff augmentation services.
    3. Presentations: Create and deliver compelling presentations and demos to prospects, showcasing our services and solutions. Manage & prepare sales proposals. Ensure timely follow-ups with clients, prospects, and partners, including contract signing, pre-sales support, and statement of work (SOW), master service agreements (MSA), and non-disclosure agreements (NDA).
    4. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering repeat business. Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization
    5. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and market opportunities to provide insights and recommendations to the team. Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and close deals successfully. Conduct research, including competitor analysis, product evaluations, and feasibility studies for our products.

    Qualification:

    1. Key Skills: Proficiency in new client hunting and prime vendor hunting.
    2. Experience: At Least 2 to 15 Years of experience in Business development in the field of IT resource augmentation.
    3. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
    4. Presentation Skills: Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
    5. Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT services and solutions such as website and app development, custom software, staff augmentation and UI/UX design.
    6. Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
    7. Flexibility: Willingness to travel for client meetings as needed.
