We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for illustrative design, with a proven track record of conceptualizing and executing ideas in the publishing industry.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field or experienced.
• Proven experience in the publishing industry, with a robust portfolio showcasing illustrative design skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience working with various design platforms, encompassing both digital and print formats.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, fostering collaboration within the team.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality output in all design projects.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently, while also adapting to changing priorities and meeting tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Graphic Designer demonstrate proficiency and fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.
• Time management is must as a graphic designer, must have patience to juggle many different things simultaneously.
• Create visually compelling and effective designs for logos, print materials, digital media, also, ensuring cohesive brand identity and other marketing collateral.
• Utilize an in-depth understanding of creative design within the publishing industry, particularly in the realm of BOOKS.
• Designers should be familiar with bleeds, slug, crop, and fold marks, as well as with ink limits, dot gains, and transparency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Minimum experience of 4-6 years for junior and 8-10 years for senior in Graphic Designing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated conceptual thinking ability.
• Exceptional design skills, excellent typography skills, showcasing creativity and innovation.
• A portfolio of work demonstrating proficiency and expertise in graphic design is required.
